Summary: While room was big, needs renovating since had broken roof tiles, crack in mirror in room etc. Staff were all excellent and breakfast and dinner were excellent

Summary: I have stayed at Banyan tree for almost 20 times, and this trip is the worst. Front desk staffs were very nice and helpful, but the Sanctuary pool Villa was a let down. upon checking in, the jacuzzi pool was without water. The bar fridge was leaking, the bathroom when raining was leaking at the glass screen. Housekeeping was disappointing. someday with tea light candles for the aroma burner some day without. Also been accused of taking their slipper when there are 2 pair in the bathroom. I then moved to the Grand Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, another disappointment. The garden and pool lights were not working, the living room phone was not working, the master bedroom lights were not working, the living room tv was not working. What happen to all the inspection before the guest checks in to ensure everything are working correctly? But i have to applaud the front desk staff, the Buggy driver, the bell boys and the restaurant staff for putting an effort to make guest feels welcome. Would i stay there again? Maybe just because I know the area well and have property in the compound.

Summary: Absolutely incredible stay at the Banyan Tree Phuket - we decided to spoil ourselves for our honeymoon and the double pool villa did not disappoint. Phenomenal suite, pool was wonderful as were the views. Air con great and the bed was super comfortable. In pool breakfast for 1000baht was super worth it too. The staff were incredible; so polite and helpful. The concierge, the buggy team and the spa staff were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend the double pool villa for a special treat.
